After hearing from tenants about the lack of cleaning happening since the COVID-19 outbreak, JFAC and Queens Legal Services submitted the letter below to NYCHA’s legal department. Read the full letter there. We received an unusually prompt response, and are hopeful that if we keep holding NYCHA accountable to tenants, we will see improvements.
